Bug - misplacing some icons

Jamie - thanks for the GREAT program! BUG: I have two icons which don't go back to the original position when I restore the desktop. The only thing I can see so far is that in this case the two files have similar file names: ABC.xls and ABC.xls.pgp (not the two dots in the file name). However, I'm not sure the similar file names are the cause, as someone else has the same problem with icons with unique file names (a shortcut which is named "Brain Atlas"). SETUP: Windows Vista (32bit), all the latest (and officially published) patches installed (i.e. no SP1 Beta), on a ThinkPad T61p. I'm also using a dual-monitor setup, i.e., the ThinkPad is set up in a Docking Station (as main monitor) and an external monitor is connected to the Docking station, and the desktop is extended to the external monitor so that all together I have a desktop of 2 x 1680 x 1050 dpi.

Thanks for the report, but this is a known limitation with Vista. Under Vista we connot get the backing file name for the icon so two icons with the same name will have only one entry in the saved information. To work around this problem, rename one of the icons to be unique and then re-save the layout.
