Minor Windows 7 64 BUG

I'm currently using Windows 7 64-bit Build 7100. When I right-click the Desktop and go to: View > [Large icons/Medium icons/Small icons] the icon layout changes. This is very annoying and the primary reason why I looked for a program like this. This program works great but has a slight issue. First, I save the icon layout. Then, I change the icon size to Medium icons, then to Large icons, and then back to Small icons. The layout is now a mess. I click "Restore Desktop" but only most of the icons return to their original positions. However, when I click "Restore Desktop" a second time, the remaining out-of-place icons return to their original positions and all is right with the world. Clicking a button twice is in no way a bother compared to manually rearranging the icons each and every time, but it would be nice to be able to restore the original layout in one click instead of two. Edit: Sometimes it takes three clicks to restore all the icons.

Most icon issues deal with layout or creation. All I want is to save the website icon, ie BofA but when I save BofA in favorites and drag it onto my desktop it is a big ugly willy microsoft E.... willy is Bill Gates new handle.
