HowTo remove Save/Restore from FILE menu?

I love Desktop Icon Save and Restore! However, it has one little annoyance. It installed an additional option into my Windows Explorer FILE menu called "Custom Save/Restore..."  How can I remove that new File menu option?
 
I'm using Windows XP/SP3 and Desktop Restore ver 1.6.2.029.
 
(How to duplicate this issue: Right-click on "Computer", choose "Explore", click on "Local Disk ( C: )" to highlight it, click on the File menu, observe the new "Custom Save/Restore..." option.)
