A problem with name clashes in cmd line version

Thanks for making this program available, I am finding it very useful.

I am having a problem though. It seems that when two icons start with the same name, when restoring a layout, the program seems to try to place both at the same position, the position of the first of the icons, meaning they all get placed right after one another, instead of their correct positions. For example, I have a shortcut to a program named "Eclipse" and a shortcut to a folder called "Eclipse Workspace", and both icons get placed after one another at the position of the "Eclipse" icon. Similarly, I have a folder named "Mediamonkey" and a shortcut to a program "Mediamonkey", and the same thing Happens.

It happens whether saving to a file or the registry. This is for the 64-bit command line version, version number 1.6.3.031. I am running it on Windows 7. It only happens for the command line version, the shell extension version seems to work flawlessly so far.
