Command line version detects wrong resolution

Hi,
i am normally using the shell extension version of Desktop Restore and everything is fine (1.6.4). Great tool ...

Today i tried to use the commandline Version (1.6.3, 64bit) and recognized that the screen resolution is determined wrong and the saved Profile was not found.

Detected: 2560 x 1440
Is: 3840 x 2160

I am using Windows 10, 64bit, with a Samsung U28UE850 monitor with the builtin Intel graphics from my Skylake processor.

Any idea whats going wrong ?

Thank you
  Wolfgang

PS.: i tried to automate some things because when the Monitors goes to sleep the Screen Resolution is changed and my Desktop gets scrambled.
So i tried to react on some events like wakeup or resume from sleep and so on ...
