Midi OX fails on install

I can't install Midi OX. I get this error:
 
Error 0 running command msiexec.exe /i moxsetup.msi
 
I'm running windows 98, and have IE explorer 6.0 installed.
 
Anyone know what's up?

I would guess you don't have the Windows installer installed, or a recent enough version.  For Win 98 you can get it from MS: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?ReleaseID=32831
