When I try to install MID-OX I get the following error message: "midioxse.exe is not a valid Win32 application". I've tried downloading again and to disable UAC but this has no effect.  Any ideas?

Sounds like a corrupted download.  The program you are running is the self-extracting installer.  It is a valid 32 bit application -- and you shouldn't have to disable UAC for MIDI-OX.
