MIDI-OX wont install.. says something is installin

subject pretty much covers it
 
when i try to install it
it goes through all the setup prompts
then as it starts to the actual installation
it tells me it cant because something else is being installed
 
i just turned on the computer and tried this
there is nothing else going on here

sounds like you may have  a corrupted download file. Try downloading and re-installing it.  ALSO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ADMIN RIGHTS ON THE MACHINE YOUR INSTALLING IT ON
