Converting Endless Rotary Encoder Data to CC

I have several articles, with accompanying VBScripts, that demonstrate the conversion of endless rotary encoder data (relative data) to normal continuous controller data (absolute data). It does this with specific application to Csound, but it should work with any software that requires CC data. Two of the articles deal specifically with the Peavey StudioMix - both its total use of NRPN's and its unique form of relative mode data. The initial article, however, focusses on relative mode (endless encoder) data conversion generally - with examples of three different varieties (hardware devices by Behringer and Doepfer incorporate each). The issue of encoder "travel" (scaling) is also resolved. Each of the VBScripts can readily be adapted to specific user applications. Anyone who needs CC data, but has hardware with endless rotary encoders, will find this material useful.
