At the risk of answering an old question that may no longer require an answer...
 
It depends on the programming language.  For VBScript, refer to the Scripting section of the MIDI-OX Help.  But, judging from other posts you have made, you are using Visual Basic 2008.  In that case, see http://www.midiox.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=MOXScript;action=displa y;num=1293602255;start=0.
