Map 16 channels to channel 1?? Simple??

This must be the most basic question possible...

I have some midi's that use X piano channels and I want to map them all to my Kurzweil micropiano module.  Problem is that the module only plays one channel, so I want to map all 16 channels to it.  I tried using the data mapper, selected "Any" channel and told it to go to channel 1.  However, when I play a midi, I only get output from channel 1.

Am I missing something?

All the best, Mark

Mapping all channels to channel one is a very simple mapping step: * * * * * * | 1 * * * * *

Make sure you turn the map on (the word MAP will appear in the status bar).  Once you do this, all data that is output from MIDI-OX will be on channel one.  You can see the original channel in the Input window, as well as see the channel status lights in the Port Status view.
