Computer Keyboard Mapping

Can the computer keyboard be remapped to generate different midi messages, and can ALL the keys on the computer keyboard be mapped to something?

Yes, you can remap the MIDI messages it outputs into other messages by using the Data Mapping facility (and turn on [x] Map Computer Piano Keys). Keyboard remapping is limited to mostly alpha keys (and a couple of punctution keys). Of course, you could remap the MIDI messages it does output into other messages by using the Data Mapping facility (and turn on [x] Map Computer Piano Keys).

I have created an .oxm file - a computer keyboard controller - as the only MIDI control for a live-performance Csound piece. I've turned on the Computer Piano Keys Mapping box in it.
Under MIDI Devices I've selected MIDI Yoke Junction: 1 as Output, expanded it (under Port Mapping) to show MIDIOx Events, then dragged my .oxm file onto MIDIOx Events. I then open MIDI Yoke Junction: 1 as MIDI Input device in Csound. Is this correct?
Or, alternately, should I work with two MIDI Yoke Junctions - one as input to MIDIOx, one as output, and drag my .oxm on top of MIDIOx Events under (input) Junction: 1 in Port Mapping, while selecting (output) Junction: 2 in my application?
At any rate, I can't get any MIDI action out of my .oxm file. I suspect it's not perfect either, but since it's doing *nothing* I thought I was probably doing something even more basic wrong.

Please scratch the above inquiry; user error (me).
I forgot to "turn on" the keyboard  .
I also discovered an important fact that, to my knowledge, is not mentioned in any doc: when using the computer keyboard to send MIDI messages to an application, for the keyboard to work, the active window must be MIDIOx, not the other application. (If it matters, I'm in WindowsME.)
This was the *other* reason why I wasn't getting any action from my computer keyboard.
