Hi Jamie,
 
In the translation map screen when I define an output Ctrl 11 from the input NoteOn everything works fine.
 
But it seems that the output does not occur when I use an input NoteOff, there is no Ctrl 11 output.
 
Is there something  I could do ?

Your controller may not send an 'official' NoteOff (80h).  It may instead send a NoteOn (90h) with zero velocity.  Your translation map should treat any NoteOn with zero velocity as a NoteOff.
