It would be cool to have a key play a grace note before the regular note. Or an auto thirds generator ... Is there any way to program loading a midiox map?

You can't do time travel backwards to make a note have been played before the one you strike. However, you can have extra notes play at the same time or later - there's a delay parameter for the output message. You can use MIDI Program Change messages to load data maps.
