It would be cool to have a key play a grace note before the regular note. Or an auto thirds generator ...
 
Is there any way to program loading a midiox map?

You can't do time travel backwards to make a note have been played before the one you strike.  However, you can have extra notes play at the same time or later - there's a delay parameter for the output message.
 
You can use MIDI Program Change messages to load data maps.
