Install MIDI Yoke.
Install MIDI OX.

In MIDI OX, open your hardware MIDI Input and MIDI Yoke Out 1.
In your DJ Software, open MIDI Yoke Input 1.

You've not said what mapping you want to do.

For example, let's map CC1 64 through 95 to CC2 0 to 127.

In MIDI OX:
1) Options->Data Mapping...
2) "Turn Map On (after OK)" checked
3) Insert...
4) When Input Matches: "Channel: Any; Event Type: Ctrl; Min1: 1; Max1: 1; Min2: 64; Max2: 95; Clone: not checked"
5) Set Output to: "Channel: Match Input; Event Type: Match Input; Min1: 2; Max1: 2; Min2: 0; Max2: 127; Delay: 0"
6) OK
7) OK
8) Bring up the Raw Input Monitor (fourth toolbar icon)
9) Bring up the Main Output Monitor (fifth toolbar icon)
10) Send a series of CC1 messages and see how they're mapped
