Changing Program messages to CC

Brought a KORG FC6 foot controller recently and it only sends program changes.
Tried converting message to CC and it works but only on the initial hit and not for any future hits.
The only way i've succesfully made it work is converting the message to keystrokes then back to CC.
Crazy I know but it's my first time ever tinkering around with this type of stuff.
Any ideas?

Save your map as a text map (.TXM) and post it up inside a [ code] block here. It might be possible to see (a) what you're trying to do and (b) where you're going wrong.
