Convert ProgramChange to NoteOn and NoteOff

I have an MIDI Footcontroller Art X-11 which sends Programmchanges. For Using it with DMXControl(www.dmxcontrol.de) i have to convert the ProgramChange into an NoteON. But i have to send a NoteOff too, because if i don't do this, the NoteOn is there all the times, so the LightEffect starts again and again. So: How can i convert a ProgrammChange-Signal to a NoteOn AND an NoteOff (short time later than the NoteOn) in the way i get it, when i press a key on a midi-Keyboard?

You'll need two rules. In the first rule, translate the PC to NoteOn, making sure Clone is checked. In the second rule, translate the PC to NoteOff, making sure Delay (ms) is set to the delay you want.
