Casio WK-500 Problems

I hope someone can help me. I just added a wk-500 to my keyboard stack and use Midiox to make the midi connections. I have a yamaha dgx-230 as my controller, a yamamha psr-47, and a casio wk-3300. All is fine except for the Wk-500, I have to use an WK500.ins def to change the tone being play thru midi. I have sent the GM_Off command but this seems to has no effect. The wk500 does not play what is selected on the display, ex. (212 Strings) on display - GM Piano 1 plays from the controller, you can play both tone at the same time (Strings from the unit - GM Piano from the controller). Not untill you change the tone using the *.ins file thru midiox does the sound change. Does anyone know how to make the midi tone match the display so to change the tone all i have to do is punch it in? This is how my wk-3300 works, if i change the tone on the controller, the wk-3300 changes to the GM Tone so I just punch in the correct tone I want and everything is perfect.
