SysEx convert to CC, Can I do?

Hi guys! sorry for my poor english 
I use a Line 6 POD HD 300 (USB via MIDI) as a Floorboard controller to Fractal Audio Axe-Fx Guitar Effects processor, through my PC and midi interface to send CC messages to Axe-Fx (POD HD 300 ---> PC & soundcard (MIDI-OX) ----> Axe-Fx)
The MIDI OX software run well, I can change programs/presets and the CC from the expression pedal, but I can't send CC when press the switch on stomp box mode (AMP, FX1, FX2, FX3), the MIDI OX learn this messages as an exclusive SysEx messages, and not as CC.
Can I convert this SysEx messages to CC from the MIDI OX to the Axe-Fx? (or another MIDI receiver)

I do not think that this is possible. The reason is that most MIDI instruments surely can receive single SysEx messages but usually can only send whole SysEx dumps. Thus MIDI-OX (or any software) would have to pull a SysEx dump (single or whole) from an instrument, split it into single data, filter out the non-relevant data, use the only relevant one and send a CC instead. That does not sound too difficult ... but ... SysEx data is instrument specific! So MIDI-OX would have to know the SysEx structure of your (or any) instrument just as librarians/editors do.
