Changing CC number by data mapping

Hello
Please help me
I want to transform, for exemple, input midi event Control Change #34 data=127 to output midi event Control Change #35 data=127.
I think, I try all variants in setup of translation map, but I can change only a channel number and message type, but I can not change Value 1 and Value 2.
It's possible or not in MIDIOX?

Delay = 0 and nothing else ticked
"....." is needed in the forum to line up data
In the Midi Port Routing window connect the input that is sending CC 34 to another port and that port will receive CC 35 instead.
