I'm afraid the link doesn't work for me. Perhaps a file permission thing. Sorry Royce

Ok I think I know what you want. Download and install MidiYoke (from MidiOx site) Midi Yoke is like an internal Midi interface, so we can have APC Midi Interface IN->MidiOx->MidiYoke Out->->MidiYoke In-> Program Track Select 1 to 8 is putting out a CC message and you want to change it to a note value. You don't mention what the CC number or values the switch is putting out so I will give you an example so you can modify it to suit. MidiOx Menu 'Option/Data Mapping' Clear button Insert button this inserts a line. You will need 9 one for each button When Input matches... Channel = 9 Event Type = Ctrl Ctrl# Min = controller number, say 1 for button 1 Ctrl# Max = same controller number Amount Min and Max = -1 that is, any value Set Output To Channel = whatever Note channel you need Event Type = Note On Note# Max = Min = D#2 there is some dispute about the octave but it should be 27 or 39 Velocity Max = Min = -1 so the velocity is taken from the CC Value Insert a new line for each button, changing the CC number (Ctrl#) and the note number. Save - my filename is 'APC_CCtoNote.mox' Bring up the Midi Port Routing in MidiOx Drag a connection from the APC Midi in port to MidiYoke1 Out Click on the small square in the middle of the connect line Select your newly created map file APC_CCtoNote.mox Start your music program and select MidiYoke1 as your input as if the APC was plugged into it. You should be good to go. All the best Royce
