I work on Windows 8; I am trying to sent from a Max sequencer --> through a MIDI Interface ESI M8U XL to MIDI port of a Fireface UCX out --> to a synthetizer Yamaha TX81 Z, but nothing happen; if I play through the keyboard everything is OK. I am afraid not to have understood well the philosophy of MIDI-OX How may I enclose a copy of MIDI port Routing? thanks drugo

Hi drugo You should download and install MidiYoke from the MidiOX home page. Connect the output of Max to MidiYoke 1. In MidiOx connect MidiYoke 1 to the RME interface that is connected to the TX81z. Max->MidiYoke 1->MidiOx->RME out->Tx81z You can use the ESI to loop back the Max midi messages into the PC but it is a bit of a waste when you can use MidiYoke. Max->ESI out->cable->ESI in->MidiOx->RME out->Tx81z All the best Royce

Many thanks Royce, now everything is functioning, both with MidiYoke and looping back the signal to ESI Midi interface
