Recording an audio track

I am using ProTracksPlus (Sonar) with MidiYoke to trigger a software synth (Mellosoftron). It seems to work ok for triggereing the synth, but how do I record the audio coming out of the synth? I can't seem to trap it anywhere in ProTracks. Normally, I select the inputs that have my outboard synth connected, but I can't figure out how to do this.

Maybe you can use the Windows Mixer (in the task bar) to route the Soundcard Output back into the Input? Does ProTracksPlus have the ability to load the Mellosoftron as a DXi? If so, you could use the Edit | Bounce to Tracks command to render the audio from the MIDI Track.
