Giga Studio 160 - Sonar 3.0 - Kontakt

Hi all,
my first post.
On my one and only machine I have Giga Studio 160 - Sonar 3.0 Producer and Kontakt 1.51.
Problem: None of the green lights (1-4) in Giga Studio 160 are lighting up green..they are all white (lower left hand corner below the white keyboard) are being recongnized even as a stand alone. In other words, with any voice loaded, there is no sound.
Kontakt v1.51 being used as a DXI in Sonar 3.0 Producer is working just fine.
I have totaly done a clean uninstall with Giga Studio 160 recommended by Tascam (includes registry files) and Giga still will not light up recognizing it's 4 ports.
My gear: 3.2ghz PIV HT PC 3200 - 2Gigs Ram.
Any ideas..
