I try to use Midiox and Midiyoke with my midikeyboard. Midiox says that's ok with midi in (keyboard driver) and midi out (midiyokeNT1): activity ok. But with my vsti, when I choose midiyokeNT1 at midi input, no signal arrive to the vsti. Can you help me please?

You ARE running MIDI-OX along with your VSTI right? Check the Routing view: View | Port Routings... and ensure that your Keyboard input is connected to MIDI Yoke NT1 output. What happens when you choose your MIDI Keyboard directly as input to your VSTi?
