hello: i am currently using hubi's midi cable with cubase 5 and bzone (software editor for yamaha a-series samplers) to sequence/edit my a3000 sampler. ive been using win98 but want to upgrade to xp and cubase sx. hubis doesnt work with xp so im trying to shift to midiox. ive tried seemingly every possible configuration but no luck. can anyone give me a step by step procedure on how to configure midiox to work with this setup? just thought of something: do i need midiox at all or can i just route through midiyoke? ill try when i get home but ill be grateful for any help thanks: c

It seems that you are going to find this out on your own, but yes; just use MIDI-Yoke instead of Hubi's LB and you'll be fine.

well thats just it i didnt know how to properly setup midiyoke/ox. anyway i managed to get it up and running last night. for the curious, i used 2 instances of midiox; the first setup this way: input-midiyoke1 output-soundcard midi port, the second: input-midiyoke1 output-midiyoke2. i suppose i could use just one instance of midiox, versatile as it is, but for now im happy
