MyOrgan gone to the dogs

Hi,
this is probably not a MidiYoke issue, but I have nowhere else to turn to.
I used to use MyOrgan with MIDIYoke and it worked fine.
Then, I changed my sound card from a Creative Audigy ZS2 Pro Platinum to an M-Audio Delta Audiophile 2496.
Funny enough, ever since doing that I keep getting popping and crackle on MyOrgan (Something I never had before, although the Creative cards are well known for causing crackling and popping).

Moreover, when I try to select M-Audio Delta ASIO as my sound output device I get the error "RtAudio:stream not open!".
Where on earth does that come from and what does it mean?
I have to use an ASIO driver as that is the one set in Cubase.
I even changed the PCI slot of the card as I had an IRQ sharing issue, but that is gone now and has made no difference.
PLEASE HELP ME somebody.

Thanks in advance.
