Sort topics in a directory by start date?

Can topics be listed in reverse submission date order? For example, under HP16C Bug Reports, I would like to see the most recent posts at the top and older resolved posts toward the bottom.

I believe that threads within topics are sorted that way (newest on top). They are on my browser, anyway. Posts within a thread will be listed in chronological order, however (oldest on top).
On the other hand, Sticky threads remain at the top of a forum section, as do locked threads. This is intentional.

Thanks, that was it -- An older sticky post was before a newer normal post. It makes sense now.
