MF2T how does it work ?

Hello Please, could you explain to me how does MF2T work. I have windows XP . When I launch MF2T ( or T2MF ), I see a DOS window with a cursor. I don't know what to type. When I type a word and press Enter, the window disapears and nothing happens.The "Read me text" doesn't explain really or I don't understand it. Thanks for help Alex

MF2T is a DOS console program (not written by us). To use it, you place MF2T.EXE somewhere in your PATH environment variable (example: the Windows folder), open a Console Command Window, Change directory (CD) to the folder containing the MIDI file, and then enter a command line: > MF2T midfile.mid textfile.txt Of course, replace midfile and textfile with the actual filenames.
