Can MIDI-OX be used from Visual C++.NET?

I am writing a Windows application using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 .NET and cannot find any means of accessing midi ports (or any USB devices for that matter) from that programming environment.  MIDI-OX may be the answer.  Can I access it from a C++ (or C#) "Forms" application?

I should think that you could use the COM scripting interface from either C++ or C#.  Try using the object browser to see if the interface is available.
