Can't install midi Yoke on laptop

Hi,

I have two machines with windows 7 64 bits.

First one is my desktop, midi yoke is installed on it and fully working.

2nd Machine is a laptop, like I said earlier, its running windows 7 64 bits and I can't install midi yoke! it says installation incomplete!

It says the installer was interrupted before midi yoke could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again (but trying again doesn't work)

I wanted to right click and run as administrator but I don't have this option available and I'm already logged as admin anyway.

I tried the manual install but it didn't work... I'm not sure if I did it right tho because it's so badly explained.

Please help i need midi yoke!

Don't know if you wasted any of Mr O'Connell's time but you saved a load of mine installing on Windows 8.1! Right clicking the .msi & letting the troubleshooter test & check compatibility (followed by restart) was an immediate solution for which I am very grateful. I should mention that I had already used Claire Baker's method to turn off User Account Control (Control Panel >> Search (enter "UAC") >> put slider to zero).

I should also say I'm only running 32 bit stuff with Yoke (Muzys 1.5 + 32 bit vsts, Ox 7.0.2.372)... My understanding is that if you dabble with this 64 bit nonsense (any more than you have to) Yoke isn't too happy!  Smiley
