BPM-Question in MIDI Sync-Transport

Hi,
if I set the Tempo to, let's say 30 BPM in the MIDI Sync-Transport-Window, my equipment run's at 120 BPM.
If I set it to 15 it runs at 60, well at factor 4...
What can that cause?

The BPM in the MIDI Sync is dependent on timebase and Meter, in addition to the tempo spin edit. If you have a 4x discrepancy, it sounds like the time base should be set at 480 instead of 120.
