Hi first off im sorta a newbie to midiox.
 
when i start midiox, and i plug in my keybord it gives me this constant "Timing Clock" message. How do I stop MIDI OX from constantly displaying this annyoing messageHuh

Is the message MIDI Clock (F8) or Active Sensing (FE)?  You can filter out either message using Options | MIDI Filter...  Click on the [...] button by System Realtime and select the message(s) you want to filter.
