Can MIDIOX Create other problems

I have a problem with Sound Diver talking to a synth. Just a thought in a dead end investigation... Can MIDI OX interfere with MIDI communication when its not running? Could something be loaded from installing MIDI OX that always runs in the background?

I wonder because sometimes I open MIDI OX and it shows data that got transmitted when the program wasn't up and running.

Thanks
Mark

I have seen this occasionally, but I think it is the result of Drivers emitting historical messages when opened.

MIDI-OX does not have any background tasks that run.  It is only active during the time it is actually running.
