Can MIDO-OX convert in real time e midi signal with "Running status" in a "No running status" signal

Well MIDI Yoke can, but only an output stream in Windows can contain a running status enabled MIDI stream.  Windows requires that all MIDI input drivers pass on complete (i.e. non-running status) streams.
 
In Windows, each MIDI message is passed along in a 4 Byte (DWORD) message, so there would be nothing to gain by using running status.  Still it permits applications to output running status enabled streams (reversed and right-justified in the DWORD), so MIDI Yoke needs to convert these to normal non-running status messages.
