Fatal Looping observed with XG-Gold & Midi-Ox

Hi, I have a problem as follows System Setup ------------------- I'm running Midi Ox 6.5.0 and Midi Yoke on a Windows 2000 Machine. I'm driving an XG compatible keyboard with Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 and using XG-Gold 3.0 to send the SysEx data and thus control the effects on the fly. Midi OX is configured thus: XG-Gold ---> MYoke 1 --> MidiOx Keybd_Out--->Cakewalk --> MYoke 2 --->MidiOx --> Keyboard_In Problem -------- When run a pre-recorded Midi Track looping continuously through Cakewalk, and then I adjust some of the controller settings using XG-Gold (Which sends SYSEX to the Keyboard), I find that eventually the whole system slows down, and MIDI-OX shows excessive SYSEX activity on its monitor. Even when I stop the Cakawalk track, the excessive activity continues, as though it is generated by XG-Gold Taking a stapshot of the SYSEX axtivity I get the following on both input and output of MIDI-OX. It is some sort of Fatal loop occuring somewhere. TIMESTAMP IN PORT STATUS DATA1 DATA2 CHAN NOTE EVENT 000149F3 3 15 F0 Buffer: 9 Bytes System Exclusive SYSX: F0 43 10 4C 08 09 12 4C F7 000149F3 3 15 F0 Buffer: 9 Bytes System Exclusive SYSX: F0 43 10 4C 08 09 12 4C F7 000149F3 3 15 F0 Buffer: 9 Bytes System Exclusive SYSX: F0 43 10 4C 08 09 12 4C F7 000149F3 3 15 F0 Buffer: 9 Bytes System Exclusive SYSX: F0 43 10 4C 08 09 12 4C F7 000149F3 3 15 F0 Buffer: 9 Bytes System Exclusive SYSX: F0 43 10 4C 08 09 12 4C F7 Notice that the line is always the same with the same timestamp. I can't tell whether the problem lies with Midi-OX or with XG-Gold. I'd appreciate any thoughts. regards rex
