I want to be able to program midi cc#s to the knobs on my Phatboy controller. I use Cubase SX, Will MIDI OX help me send these messages to the Phatboy?

The Phatboy is pretty much hardwired to 6 different knob mappings.  You can use MIDI-OX (and MIDI Yoke) to map those values into other controllers.   A point of clarification though, you will be sending controller messages from the phatboy to Cubase, and not the other way around.  The Phatboy has no mechanism to receive messages.
