| That certainly doesn't tell me much... Do you have MIDI Yoke 1 selected for Input or Output in MIDI-OX? Never select it for both Input and Output in a program. Where in Reason do you have MIDI Yoke 1 selected? There seems to be about 6 different places in 2 pages where you could hook it up. Each place describes it's purpose. As far as I can tell there is no place that you can choose, that would output MIDI note data from Reason. You should probably read the manual or help file to see if what you're trying to do is supported. In other words, I don't think Reason supports MIDI Output.

Reason has no midi output. However you can have a Midi -in Select your Sound card in Midi-ox Input Select Midi Yolk NT1 as your Midi-Ox output Set your preferences in Reason to use MidiYolk NT1 Now you can play the reason synths from your keyboard, and also load up cubase at the same time. Still however you will not be able to drive external devices from Reason. To do so you can export the midi file and import it to another program.
