Unable to Output

Just installed the latest version of midi-ox and midi-yoke on my computer running XP. My midi controller activity shows up at the Midi Port Activity & Monitor Input windows, but I'm unable to Output to any midi connection, including midi-yoke (although both the Port & Monitor windows work with the "play notes from computer keyboard option").
 
Am I doing something wrong?

How are you deciding that you can't output MIDI?  If you're testing with MIDI Yoke, select a MIDI Yoke Port for the Output device (ex: MIDI Yoke 2 Output).  Make sure that the [x] Automatically attach Inputs to Outputs option is checked. Then launch another instance of MIDI-OX and open MIDI Yoke 2 for Input.  Now play the PC Keyboard in the first instance.  Does the data show up in the 2nd instance?
