Using Midi Yoke to sync Cubase SX to ACID

Hi y'all Cheesy

I'm new to this Midi Ox/Yoke site.  I was recommended to go here because I'm desperately trying to syncronize Cubase SX as a master with ACID as a slave.

it seems Midi Yoke will do the trick for me!

just two questions :
there seems to be a guide to setting it up with Logic which avoids the feedback problem. Is there such a need to do something similar with SX?  any ideas how i go about doing that....

will this work on Windows XP for me?

Thanks alot
D

I don't have Cubase SX, but I would think that it would be fairly straight forward as long as you don't open the same MIDI Yoke port for both input and output, within Cubase, concurrently.

Maybe someone who uses Cubase SX and MIDI Yoke will respond...
