Is the NI Pro53 supposedly compatible with the original Prophet System Exclusive codes!? That would be an eye opener, if true. Anyway, to make this work, you'll probably have to be running the Pro53 stand-alone. In the Pro53 open a hardware MIDI device for input. Run a MIDI cable from the hardware MIDI Out port to the hardware MIDI In port, making a 'loopback'. In MIDI-OX, open the Hardware Output port as Output. Open View | SysEx..., load the .SYX file and send it.
