SXAutomationTracks unvisible 4 MidiOX ?

When i want to modulate a parameter of an effect, eg. the cutoff frequency of a softsyn, i can easily record the knob movement and SX puts it in an automation track and will play it back just the way i recorded it. The idea now is to modulate that parameter live by using a rotaryknob on my PCR-50. I just have to give in the right controller nr or sysex mssg or whatever in the PCR.. (most syns got cc 74 for the cutoff frequency, but not all) and that's where i got stuck. I installed MidiOx&midiYoke but the sequencer outputs only the note on/off commands..and not the filter automation i drew. 
Is there any way i can set things up so i can read that code ? Or maybe there is an other ridiculously easy way to to what i'm trying to... any help would be so much appreciated...
