Hello everybody! I'm new in midi music, but I think this is weird. I've connected my roland e-28 to my computer's joystick port. Midi out works great, I can play tunes fine. But with midi ox I can see MPU401 input monitor receiving strange data when I play notes in the keyboard. Looks like garbage. In example, If I play C4 I see CC:Bank MSB. Also I have the light RT blinking all the time in the MIDI port activity window. Is it strange? Thanks in advance

| I'm not going to try to answer the first part. The RT light is "Active Sensing" messages coming from the keyboard to tell the "sound module" (PC) that it's still there even though it's not sent any messages for a short while. That lets the module do "all notes off" if the keyboard dies and stops sending anything. Very useful!
