i read the following in the manual of a plugin i'm interested in. it can be used to play other synths via audio: "Note: to connect to a soft-synth which resides on the same computer, you will need to use a midi-virtual cable program such as MIDI-OX" it supposedly does this: Audio In -> Midi Out, to play another Synth. i want to use it to play other plugins in Sonar. this plugin is called SuperEel. my question is how is MIDI-OX set up within sonar to act as a midi-virtual cable between this synth and others?

I think that's a typo in the manual. I think they really mean MIDI Yoke, which is a virtual MIDI driver, and available from this website. However, MIDI Yoke is a MIDI cable ONLY -- it is NOT an audio driver, and does not stream audio. But maybe that is what the plug-in does?
