This is the perfect program! I tried to work with finale 2005 but with 2 problems......
1) The playback is not totally regular in rythm, there are some irregular delays
2) The midi channel information seem to not pass through midi yoke.....al finale staff(assigned to different channels) are played back in nuendo in all midi tracks, so the score is played by all channel together with several instruments doubling the same part and playing other instrument's part too....

How to solve the problem? Thank you very much Smiley

Install MIDI-OX to convince yourself that channel information IS passed through MIDI Yoke.  MIDI Yoke also does not insert any delays into the data passed through.

I'm sorry but I'm not a "midi-expert".....I downloaded midi-ox....It's a little bit complex but I think I understood its function...I've done this: I've set midi yoke nt 1 as midi output in Finale2005 (basic channel1) and as midi input in midi-ox. Then I hit play in finale and I monitored midi data passed through midi yoke nt1 in Midi-ox: I saw all notes assigned to the different channel as I setted up in Finale's track. It seem that midi data passed through midi yoke are OK. But when I play these midi data from finale to Nuendo the different channel (each one assigned to a nuendo track) still play all midi data (even other channels one).....the problem is not solved! Then I tryed to assign each finale channel to a different midi yoke output (nt1,nt2 etc.) and then set this output as input of the assigned nuendo track, without results.
Where is the error?
Thank you very much

I've solved the problem! I just routed midi joke to my vst track in nuendo and set all midi channels in midi track options, and my vst played all OK!
Remain 1 problem, the midi delay: I cannot play the track perfectly in tempo when the MIDI comes from Finale, I think the reason besides in Cpu power:I've an Athlon xp1600 and when I play finale and Nuendo together my cpu is about 99%.
There is some trick to avoid this? (a part to change the cpu... Wink)
thanks

bye
