I'd need to know more... Is there a software component for this device on Windows? How do the devices connect to the computer?

I'd hope the Behringer Rotary Controller BCR2000 is a class-compliant USB Midi (ech, "audio") device, so each should appear as a separate MIDI Input port (and possibly an associated MIDI Output port - I don't have one but I guess you can SysEx dump to them). So the set up is the same as any other straight through copy to MIDI Yoke: [MIDI Input (n)]->[MIDI OX]->[MIDI Yoke (n)]

My initial problem ---> Hitting Button (which contains 'midi.able' led) sends note to tell Ableton to play sample loop. But also want Ableton to send message, the same note, back to the BCR so i can have a pretty flashing LED. This was creating Glitchy effects, a quick loop - 16th or 32nd loop. Good once in awhile if you inspire to Boards of Canada but not cool all the time. I figured out a work around. Both units are connected through USB..there is option for Midi tho. I am running the BCr's to Ableton Live. There is an option to change the Machine ID Number on the BCR, not sure if this adresses your concern tho.....Mr. Jones. Anyways I just seperate both BCRs by a means of MIDI Channel. Left BCR = channel 1, Right BCR = channel 2. I also route the controller's buttons to output two notes or CCs at once ( using the clone feature ++bad ass implementation by the way - thank you), this fixes the few major problems i was having. First time I ever used Midi-Ox. One Hel-la-va package. I recommend the Behringer BCR2000.
