MIDIBar Says no Midi Device Installed

I have MIDI-OX running and have signals going to and from my keyboard connected through the MIDISPORT UNO. I am running Windows Vista.
 
I have selected MIDISPORT UNO within MIDIBar but when I play the midi file, a menu pops up and says no midid device installed.
 
What's up with that? Any ideas on what I am doing wrong or need to do to have the MIDISPORT UNO detected during MIDI playback? Seems like it is detected initially when the MIDI-OX or the MIDIBar is loaded.
