POD XT as MIDI controller thru MIDI OX

Hi, I have a question regarding setting up my line6 pod xt guitar effects pedal as a midi pedal. Its normal signals are not recognized by DAWs (at least not by Ableton live 8 ), so I have the podxt running through an m-audio midisport 1x1 midi box to my usb port. In midiox I have my input set to 'USB MS1x1 MIDI Interface' and my output set to "Out to MIDI Yoke:6"
This works fine, and I can get MIDI signals to control things in Live (even control things like keystrokes by running through Bome's MIDI translator classic instead of midiox!!). However there are a limited number of CC values that the podxt seems to be outputting. By moving various knobs and mashing the buttons I can get the following:
CC 1/111
1/25
1/50
1/28
1/7 (on like half the controls...)
1/105
1/64
1/1
1/26
1/22
1/63
While this is cool, I'd really like to be able to bank through multiple CC values, or even be able to bank through Bomes MIDI translator presets without a bunch of mouse-clicks and rerouting and all that. The 'Bank' up and down buttons on the podxt don't seem to do anything and I can't get them to send a signal :\
Any suggestions?
I've searched the forums for info on translation, and I didn't find much helpful on the in-program help contents...

Lol I just had the idea to use the pod to toggle presents in Bomes. Is this possible?

Ok apparently you CAN switch presets with Bomes by setting the output correctly!
So I guess my question still stands of can I change the CC notes on the pod to encapsulate more values than just the ones listed? And can I used the bank keys!!!
