In MidiOx there is a window to send patch change messages and another to send controller messages and a whole lot of system exclusive windows to send sysex stuff. This is where those messages come out. So if you want to load a sysex patch file to your synth you would open the Midi Port Routing window and connect the MidiOx Event Port to the Midi hardware that was connected to your synth, open the sysex window and select File to send your sysex file. Make sure the Options/Pass SysEx is selected. All the best Royce

It also uses that port to transmit MTC and MIDI Sync.
