Restoring Sounds to KorgM1

Replaced battery in KorgM1 only to find that Korg requires reloading sounds after this activity. I am totally in the dark and local Music Shops can't help. Is there a tutorial wrt how to restore keyboard to factory version/condition - the KB is new and has little use over the years. Korg should have made provisions to provide alternate power supply when removing battery that would prevent loosing sound samples. I am a musician not computer engineer.
